Return & Exchange Policy

At Adria Lenses, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our return and exchange policy is as follows:

Exchange:
Contact lenses may be exchanged for another product of equal value only if the original packaging has not been opened.
Return & Refund:




Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the purchase time.
Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 2–3 business days.



Note: We reserve the right to decline returns if the packaging has been opened or if the return request is made after the allowed time.
